Asbestos Eliminators is a Rotorua-based, family-owned asbestos removal company established in 1998. We provide licensed Class A and Class B asbestos removal, asbestos sampling, demolition support, site clearance and asbestos waste disposal for residential, commercial and industrial properties.
Our experienced team works throughout Rotorua, the Bay of Plenty, Waikato and Central North Island. We focus on safe, compliant removal, clear communication and thorough site preparation and clean-up.

Asbestos Sampling & Testing
Collection of material samples for IANZ-accredited laboratory analysis.
From $90 + GST Per Test
Class A Asbestos Removal
Removal of friable asbestos materials. Work is completed under full enclosure conditions with controlled decontamination, air monitoring and independent clearance where required.

Class B Asbestos Removal
Removal of non-friable asbestos-containing materials. Materials are carefully removed, sealed, transported and disposed of in accordance with NZ requirements.

Residential and commercial demolition, strip-outs and site preparation. We can manage asbestos removal before demolition works and safely remove unwanted structures, linings and materials.

General Waste Removal
Removal of unwanted building materials, green waste, household items and general site waste. We load, transport and dispose of waste responsibly.

Groundworks & Landscaping
Site preparation, earthworks and landscaping for residential and commercial properties. Services include clearing and levelling sites, removing vegetation and green waste, excavation, hard landscaping and preparing areas for construction or planting.
