These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of rohe.nz (the “Service”), operated by Sevenoways Innovations, Coolaney, Co. Sligo, Ireland. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Free listings are available to New Zealand businesses. Business owners may claim and manage their listing. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit. We may source basic listing data from public directories; owners can request corrections or removal at any time.
Premium subscriptions and sponsored placements are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your dashboard. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and are charged in NZD. Your card is charged by Sevenoways Innovations, an Irish company, and will appear on your statement as rohe.nz.
No New Zealand GST is charged on these prices. We are an overseas supplier and are not currently registered for New Zealand GST, so the price you see is the total amount you pay — there is no GST to add and none is included. Because no GST is charged, we do not issue a GST invoice and there is no GST for you to claim back. If we become required to register for New Zealand GST, we will tell affected customers before any change takes effect.
Your bank or card issuer may apply its own international transaction or currency-conversion fee. That fee is charged by them, not by us.
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a licence to display it on the Service. We may moderate, edit or remove content at our discretion.
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or third-party content and are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on it. Always verify details directly with a business before transacting. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under New Zealand consumer law, which can apply to overseas suppliers dealing with New Zealand consumers regardless of the law chosen here.
